We are a nonprofit, IRS 501(c)(3) organization whose volunteer members identify, develop, implement and fund ongoing philanthropic programs for the specific needs in the community, beginning as a guild in 1966 and chartered as a chapter in 1969.

Assistance League of Dallas is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonsectarian organization of volunteers who manage and staff philanthropic programs devoted to assisting members of the community. We are a chapter of National Assistance League which is made up of more than 120 chapters across the United States with over 26,000 members including 2,476 Assisteens® who invested more than 2.8 million service hours to touch the lives of over 1.4 million people.
